Do I need an appointment?
Yes, you will need to make an appointment. Please call +61 2 9904 5711 to make an appointment or fill out the appointment request form.
What are the conditions for an appointment?
There is an appointment fee.
A credit card is required at the time of booking and a 1st appointment fee of $100 (see below) will be charged for your exclusive one on one 1 hour appointment with your professional bridal stylist.
Monday - Saturday Luxe Bridal Samples appointments incur a $100 appointment fee (NOTE: Cancellation policy for these appointments require minimum of 48 hours notice or a $150 cancellation fee applies).
All special events including trunk shows and sample sales also require a minimum of 48 hours notice or a $150 cancellation fee applies.
Please note our cancellation policy is inclusive of all appointments including 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.
Luxe Bridal Samples does not give any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any reason including change of mind, cancellation or postponement of wedding.

There is a 2% surcharge on all American Express transactions.
Your $100 appointment fee will be charged to your nominated card 48 hours prior to your appointment with us. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice otherwise a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
Due to the large discounts already offered on our sample gowns, this appointment fee is non-refundable and will not be reimbursed at any stage even if you go ahead with a gown.
What are your terms and conditions?
All goods remain the property of Luxe Bridal Samples until full payment is received.
SAMPLE & SALE gowns are sold as seen. SAMPLE & SALE gowns are classed as second hand gowns, they are not new and have been used. They have been tried on in the boutique and/ or been on photo shoots and/ or used at events. All sales are final.
Items are sold as "SALE" items are sold subject to the defects (if any) appearing at the time of sale and no refund or exchange will be made for any garment arising as a result of those defects. All alterations and dry cleaning costs are not included on sale/ sample gowns.
Accessories are sold as seen and all sales are final. Payment for the accessories and postage must be made in full prior to shipping.
After quality control has happened for accessories, a photograph of the accessories that you have purchased will be emailed to you together with your shipping details to ensure what you have purchased is what you will receive.
Any monies paid and due under this purchase are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer and will be retained by Luxe Bridal Samples. Luxe Bridal Samples does not give any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any reason including change of mind, cancellation of the wedding or postponement of the wedding. Any costs incurred from action instigated to recover outstanding monies will be charged to the customer.
Receipt of payment or signature signifies your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE - Luxe Bridal Samples will not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by any reason of delay in performance or failure to perform it’s obligations in relations to goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Luxe Bridal Samples control. Including without prejudice to the to the generality of the foregoing: Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, act of God, war or threat of war, breakdown in machinery, strikes, lockouts, other industrial action or trade disputes weather involving Luxe Bridal Samples employees or a third party.
The conditions above do not affect your statutory or common law rights as a consumer.
